The firm's technology platform allows its lawyers to practice in a geographically dispersed manner, which greatly reduces overhead and inefficiencies associated with the traditional firm model. Tony Alexander

Tony M. Alexander graduated from Wright State University in 1988 with a B.S. in Geography. Following graduation from Wright State, Tony worked in the area of Geographic Information Systems. Tony received his Juris Doctorate in 2000 from The Ohio State University. Tony currently practices law in the Dayton area in the fields of business law and business litigation. His specialty is working with companies that are struggling financially.

Tony serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of The Foodbank, is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society of Montgomery County, is a member of the Board of Directors of the WSU Alumni Association and chairs its Marketing and Membership Committee. Tony is married and has one son. Tony and his family reside in Kettering.
