Brandon is a native of Santa Fe, New Mexico, and now lives in Columbus, Ohio.  Brandon represents not-for-profit organizations, businesses and individuals in shareholder disputes, and counsels businesses on corporate governance issues.  He also practices felony and misdemeanor criminal defense litigation throughout Ohio.
